According to a new-report today on entertain.naver.com, both HyunJin and Vivi have succeeded with their lawsuits against BlockBerry Creative (reported in February 2023) to cancel their exclusive contracts.
HyunJin and Vivi now joins Chuu (who has signed with ATRP), HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul and Cherry (who've signed with Modhaus) in leaving BBC, while LOONA members HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, GoWon and Olivia Hye remains with their agency, as their lawsuits were unsuccessful the first time around.

Also interestingly, HyunJin posted on her Insta @hyunjinab that she'll be starting her FAB (a South Korean communication app) "again" on "May 11", joining the girls from ARTMS have...! Fans no doubt eagerly awaiting their next steps, to continue in the South Korean entertainment industry? Or otherwise?
Kim Hyun-jin (김현진), stage name "HyunJin (현진)" is the second revealed member of LOONA (Debuting October 28, 2016), and a member of its first sub-unit, "LOONA 1/3" (INTRODUCING HYUNJIN on TUNESTALKSG).
"ViVi (비비)" is the stage name for Hong Kong-born Wong Kahei (黃珈熙), with her being the fifth revealed member of LOONA (Debuted February 14, 2017) and is also a member of its first sub-unit, "LOONA 1/3" (INTRODUCING VIVI on TUNESTALKSG).
I have been reading fans are opining for HyunJin to sign to Modhaus to (re)form "LOONA 1/3", alongside HeeJin ... and if Vivi would join too, they'll only have to wait for HaSeul and Yeojin. What do YOU think?
