The remaining two LOONA members: HyunJin and Vivi has reportedly filed injunctions to suspend their contracts with BlockBerry Creative.
According to the JTBC article: "Vivi and Hyunjin are confirmed to have the same contract terms as Heejin, Kim lip, Jinsoul, Choerry, JTBC predicted they're highly likely to win the lawsuit."
This comes at the wake of BBC's most recent filing of motion to halt activities of Chuu, HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul and Choerry, as well after Heejin, Kim lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry announced to have won their lawsuit against BBC, and the failure of members HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, GoWon and Olivia Hye in their own lawsuits.

Vivi and Hyunjin filed a lawsuit on BBC too and their terms are the same as OEC+, meaning they'll have high possibility of winning it.
