Based on this news.naver.com report, Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry had won their lawsuits to cancel their exclusive contracts with BlockBerry Creative, while HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, Gowon & Olivia Hye lost their cases.
ADDED: Also please understand my terminology used here might not be wholly accurate, based on translated interpretation of terms of the law.
Both HyunJin and ViVi reportedly did not sue BBC as the others had (no reason given thus far). Chuu was the first member to successfully win her lawsuit before everyone else, and BBC removing Chuu "offically" from LOONA set in motion the initially "rumored" news of the nine members' lawsuits, which thus far had not been at all clarified nor authenticated, until the news report today of the lawsuit results.
Some members has since returned to FAB to break the news and share their thoughts with Orbits (I'll attempt to embed as much as they have been updated), in lieu with the earlier announcement of the end of FAB services with LOONA on February 11th.
Effectively seven out of twelve members of LOONA still remains under exclusive contract with BBC, and are no doubt liable to adhere and execute BBC's plans for "LOONA" activities - including in-person fan signs and concerts on Tokyo. No further details are provided for when how long their contracts go on further for, for the remaining members, and as far as I am concerned, I will continue my boycott of LOONA merchandise and activities, and BBC.
