Remaining LOONA Members Win Their Lawsuits against BBC.

Announced is the successful lawsuits of remaining members in LOONA: HaSeul, Yeojin, Yves, Goon and Olivia Hye, with the "Seoul High Court's 5th Civil Cases Division (Head judges Seol Bumsik, Lee Joonyoung, Choi Sungbo) ruled in favor of the plaintiff today (16th) in an appeal filed by five remaining members of LOONA (Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Olivia Hye, and Go Won) against the company.". (Read full translation of KBS News-report here).

As far as I am concerned, the BOYCOTT REMAINS, at the very least until we hear what @unionloona has to say on this current status.

As far as we celebrate all twelve girls leaving BBC, this was the condition set by the court for them being able to leave their former agency:

"As a condition of the suspension, the court instructed the members to deposit 50 million won in cash as collateral to the company, or to instead submit a surety insurance that guarantees payment."

How that works out in reality, is beyond my understanding of legality issues, and all I can do right now, is to continue my own personal boycott, including not watching their MVs and any official videos on BBC's official accounts, least I contribute to their coffers, IMHO.

Meanwhile, this was how the (ex)members celebrated their win (on socials):
