Second Teaser for 이달의 소녀's [&] signifies the return of HaSeul to the OT12!
And with the second teaser image reveal for their upcoming comeback with their 3th mini album "[&]", LOONA has effectively announced the return of Jo HaSeul to the South Korean girl group!
If twelve images of close-up looks at member's eyes (in a mix of left and right eyes) staring into your soul did not clue you in on the return of the "OT12" (Meaning "Original 12 members"), then her name spelt out clearly at the top of the poster image should not leave a doubt.
What a understated and effective, clever way to announce her return, after fans have been clamouring for, and straight-up demanding BlockBerry Creative for an "announcement", with doubt still buried in their hearts since the "New Moon" teaser intently teased from end of 2020.
HaSeul had gone on a hiatus from LOONA activities and performances since January 2020, due to diagnosed mental health concerns (intermittent anxiety symptoms) and took time to focus on her health, and had not actively taken part in their [#] and [12:00] era comebacks.
The response from fans (reactions on socials) have been nothing less than enthusiastic and welcoming, and I certainly hope to see a healthy return, as well a welcome to ALL the girls of 이달의 소녀!
Here is a slightly closer look at the eyes (via Instagram uploads). They seemed to be grouped into their sub-units too! Can you recognise whose belongs to whom?
With the first teaser poster image visually recognisable with GoWon's One&Only music video, and the "eyes" most times utilised for identifying Kim-Lip, JinSoul and Choerry in sub-unit ODD EYE CIRCLE, the lore looks to be strong this comeback, going in...!
