Three eyes.
'ODD EYE CIRCLE' is the second unit of LOOΠΔ, composed of Kim Lip, JinSoul and Choerry.
While the first unit LOOΠΔ 1/3 released ‘Love&Live’ and ‘Love&Evil’ to talk about the co-existence of sweetness and cruelty in first love, the three girls of ODD EYE CIRCLE (from. LOOΠΔ) talk about how you shouldn’t wait for love to happen passively, but should take the initiative to make it happen yourself."
For anyone new to the LOONA-lore, the 12-member girl group known as "Loona" started their journey into K-pop by revealing one member per month, each with their own solo single and music video, leading up to the 12th member revealed, after which they continued activities in the full 12-member line-up until this day.
During the reveal-journey, the first 4 members formed the subunit named "1/3". The next subunit formed after the reveal of the 8th member, was "Odd Eye Circle" - comprising of "Kim Lip" (6th member revealed), "JinSoul" (7th), and "Cheorry" (8th). These are all their stage names.
Each member had their own solo singles and music videos, and subsequently a subunit album - all of which are edited in the fan-made video below. All Loona stories and videos form a much larger narrative and story - something for the fans to delve into and decipher, for which I am still wrapping my tiny head around (I got unto the Loonaverse ride only just), but appreciate the effort and thought gone into providing the experience of listening to Loona, beyond infectious tunes and gorgeous visuals.
