Vol.5 - 4 X 4 on #TUNESTALKSG



"4 X 4 on #TUNESTALKSG" is a new ongoing serial feature where I showcased/share 4 tracks / MVs from 4 Random Albums I have in my eclectic collection ... some might get their own Full Album Listens, most might not, cheers.





This is the CD single for "Wait & See ~Risk~" by Japanese-American singer-songwriter Hikaru Utada, with this being her 5th single (released on April 19, 2000), featured on her album "Distance". I remembered this MV pretty clearly, with it's futuristic hover-bike cruising thru the urban cityscape... Permit me to "cheat" with adding this "Unplugged" performance:





From Chinese-American singer-songwriter Shunza's 2002-album "Dear Shunza", comes "Dear Friend".





From Japanese singer Takako Uehara (上原多香子)'s 2001 debut album "first wing" comes "my greatest memories," and I was here for her because she was apart of SPEED, I admit :)







From Japanese singer Misia comes "Everything" (MV above) and "Escape" (MV below), from her 3rd studio album "Marvelous" (released April 2001). This was her first self-produced album too, and I remembered following her discography slightly more than others.
