"4 X 4 on #TUNESTALKSG" is a new ongoing serial feature where I showcased/share 4 tracks / MVs from 4 Random Albums I have in my eclectic collection ... some might get their own Full Album Listens, most might not, cheers.

I actually cannot believe I'd "forgotten" I had this album - Swing Out Sister's third; "Get in Touch with Yourself" (Released in 1992), and OF COURSE I'll do a Full Album Listen soonsoon! Meanwhile, this is "Am I the Same Girl?" :)

Look, I can never deny "Rick Springfield", having purchased a decent amount of his LPs from a lifetime ago (ok, maybe a couple lah, but), and when I came across this 1996-release? I suppose I would do a Full Album Listen somewhen, meanwhile let's make do with "Jessie's Girl ", shall we?

From Taiwanese band IPIS蟑螂 comes their 2001 album 《2001第四蟑》, with the following the MV for "忘了我是誰", and I am honestly wrecking my memories of HOW I managed this album in the first place ...? Must be either MTV or CD-sampling in-store ... and I am liking what I hear...!

Discovering this CD album was such a revelation for me, and while I was somewhat familiar with the Opening Theme for "Cowboy Bebop" anime, this 1999-release had me in a vice-grip for far longer than I had appreciation for said anime. 15 remixed tracks on "Cowboy Bebop Remixes: Music for Freelance", and of course we gotta go with Seatbelts' Tank (luke Vibert remix)...!



The tragedy of it all is, the CD itself is not longer in the jewel case! AAARRRRRRRRRRRRR.....! You bet there'll be Full Album Listen...! This is ESSENTIAL LISTENING IN THE SOUNDTRACK TO MY LIFE...! All-caps, no hype.

A sign of how memorable it is for me, I remnembered buyng this at Tower Records in Pacific Plaza :)
