Of ARTMS Objekts & Explore Logs

So what's next for OEC+ X Modhuas after their very recent ARTMS glamour images reveals?

To say a "divided opinion" is an understatement for the name "Jaden Jeong", in relation to his involvement with LOONA, past or present. The euphoria of signing OEC+ AKA HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul and Choerry to Modhaus, announcing them under their ARTMS Project label, and the subsequent release of glamour images of the 4 online, with the next news-update, a portion fandom is up and running with their JJ-hate-train.

It all stems with Modhaus offering up "ARTMS Welcome Class Objekts" on artms-strategy.com, which is essentially NFTs of the four girls, a similar direction for Acid Angel of Asia (I scored a physical manifestation in the form of a photo-card, claimable online, I think) and currently TripleS. Folks are supposed to input their email addresses, to be informed of what'll happen next. Of course I'd submitted my email, to find out what happens next, cheers.

Scrolling thru Twitter this morning, there seemed to be a lot more "hate" (as far as I have scrolled) and negativity with the annoouncement, where folks are against buying digital tokens of the four, and pulling J.J. thru the rakes at the same time, re-venturing into his "past deeds" with LOONA, which has since become a part of the LOONA-lore as much as their music has. What I know of the situation(s) was what the fandom had complained about in www-public, as I was searching up LOONA, in the beginning before I delved deep into their music, to the current blog-dedication you see in menu-left (:p).

I am neither "a huge fan of" or "hater of" NFTs, nor have I formed enough of an opinion to deny it or embrace it, but I do engage in a form of it on my TOYSREVIL-blog, and predominantly are "artist"-based efforts, which I blog about and feature.

The notion of NFTs working for Modhuas, apparently has led to the girls of TripleS getting "paid" (I have no reference or source of info to point you to tho), and if that be the actual case, then it is "money in the pocket" as quick, as other Kpop-contracts might conceivably allow?

This of course is pre-conceived conjuncture on my part, based off online rambles and such. As far as I am concerned, I am all for the girls TO GET PAID, regardless of how some fans are unable to procure such items, including myself.

In a roundabout way, I still remembered a time none too long ago (actually), where I looked at folks collecting photo cards, and wonder; "Why would you buy multiple albums to just get random photo card pulls of the artists you like?" .... Until I did the same. And I myself excessively collected non-sport hobby trading cards waaaaaay before that too! "Rocks thrown" and "glasses houses", are strange bedfellows, indeed.

Also, where do you think there's money to come from? To invest in, or paying for the girls' recording and albums to come? In reality, fans do not need, nor necessarily want to engage in this, understandably so. As much as folks engage in the continued-current Boycott of BBC, cutting off their income stream, flip the situation around, and there'll be a need for income stream to continue with doing stuff and providing folks with merch we are familiar with paying $$$ for, innit? ...says a man with no $$$ hahahaha ~ whatever :p

The question at the end of the Kpop-day: Will I buy any NFTs because of OEC+?

Honest Answer: I am not stressed out at all nor worry about FOMO because I am in no position to engage. I could hardly even survive in the real world, as is FFS ~ LOL

But there are people who are, and I am excited for them to be able to engage and collect OEC+ in their chosen path, as much as I have collected photo cards thru album-purchases ~ LOL

BUT, if they come and say: OEC+ album available only via purchase of a NFT, then I'll flip tables and throw hands.... Hahahahaha

ARTMS OEC 1
ARTMS OEC 2

Meanwhile, we are treated to the first "moving visuals" from the girls and Modhuas, with the announcement of "Explore Log"...! Nothing means more than seeing the girls themselves and hearing from them! And you cannot deny the speed in which Modhaus has shown so far in attemtping to bring the girls back into the public conciousness (beyond their own social medias), no doubt leading to their album releases somewhen, as all pieces of the puzzle are put together - from name of the group to their Modhaus Roadmap for the immediate future...!

So beyond buyables, we now have content to look forward to too! And in essence both somewhat function similarly for fans to interact and engage in: "Don't Watch / Watch", and "Don't Buy / Buy".

From a season of dread-n-drought (since the "LOONA VS BBC"-situation was played out in the open public), to a flood of partial glade tidings, it has been thus far a rollercoaster-ride of emotions, hasn't it? There are still members still trapped in the dungeon tho, but let's look forward to everyone's freedom and flourishing in the entertainment scene, shall we?
