Vol.31 - 4 X 4 on #TUNESTALKSG

"4 X 4 on #TUNESTALKSG" is a new ongoing serial feature(I started in 2025) where I showcased/share 4 tracks / MVs from 4 Random Albums I have in my eclectic collection ... some might get their own Full Album Listens, most might not, cheers.

"Bonnie's Kitchen #2" by the Japanese singer-songwriter Bonnie Pink was released 2000, with this album being her second compilation album featuring her English-language songs, including tracks from her previous album Evil and Flowers, as well as rare B-sides and single couplings.

Above featured MV for "Forget Me Not" is uber-memorable (the audio, not the MV :p) and without a doubt led me to snag this album after a booth-listen LOL ... I appreciated the indie-ish jingle-jangle as opposed to the smooth pop during that era, IMHO.

Below is the audio for album bonus track "We've Gotta Find A Way Back To Love", cheers.

"No.1" by the artist BoA was released 2002. This is her 2nd full album, totally vibing the Y2K-feels, with above "No. 1" and below "My Sweetie", followed by "Waiting...".

"Reach Out" by the South Korean girl group S.E.S. is essentially their Japanese studio album, released 1999. The infamous single "Dreams Come True" is actually a cover of "Like a Fool" by Finnish duo Nylon Beat. Below is

"Love" from South Korean girl group S.E.S. was released 1999, with this being their 3rd studio album. The sounds and aesthetics was oozing Y2K super-contrasty colors LOL ... And st this time, IO appreciated them more for their western global vibe rather than specifically "Kpop", IMHO ... Above is the official MV for "Twilight Zone", below is "Love".
