Vol.27 - 4 X 4 on #TUNESTALKSG

"4 X 4 on #TUNESTALKSG" is a new ongoing serial feature where I showcased/share 4 tracks / MVs from 4 Random Albums I have in my eclectic collection ... some might get their own Full Album Listens, most might not, cheers.

"SMAP 015/Drink! Smap!" by SMAP! released 2002, which admittedly at some point I was buying the CD-albums purely to collect them, but hardly have distinctive memories of the tracks ~ LOL

This is a fan-made short clip for "freebird (フリーバード)", as all my finds are fans' cover versions :p

"100th Window" by Massive Attack was released 2003, with this being their 4th studio album. Two tracks showcased here today: "Special Cases" sung by Sinéad O'Connor (MV above), and heard below is the MV for "Butterfly Caught" with backing vocals by "2D" (aka from Gorillaz; Damon Albarn). The album's dark atmos was irresistible to the deeper ethers off ,my subconsciousness.

"Forever" by English girl group the Spice Girls was their third and final studio album, released on 1 November 2000. Alas the tracks were not as memorable as the previous 2 albums, classics they remain, IMHO. This is the MV for "Holler";

"Three" by local/Singapore indie alternative rock band Concave Scream was released circa 1999, which I've previously mentioned was highly reminiscent of The Cure and brit-jangle, which I adored. This is "Fiction";
