"It's Called A Heart" by Depeche Mode - Celebrating 37 Years

Depeche Mode's "It's Called A Heart" (Official Video) directed by Peter Care, with the original song from the album 'The Singles 81→85' (Sire/Mute - 1985), released in "16 September 1985." Celebrating 37 years....!

I've always been enamoured with the artwork, and seeing this all over my twitter timeline today, certainly evokes fun memories. I have been googling a bit to find out who was the original artist for the above image, and have failed thus far. Please feel free to educate me, thanks!

BACKGROUND (on Wiki): "he song was included as one of two new tracks on the compilation The Singles 81→85 the same year, along with "Shake the Disease".[1][2] The song reached number 18 on the UK Singles Chart.[3] The US version of The Singles 81→85, Catching Up with Depeche Mode, also includes the B-side, "Fly on the Windscreen", which reappeared in a slightly different mix on the band's 1986 album Black Celebration.

Unlike most other Depeche Mode singles, no limited edition ("L12 Bong") version was released for "It's Called a Heart". Instead, there was a double 12-inch vinyl ("D12 Bong") that featured both the standard 12-inch version and the 12-inch remix.

Both Martin Gore and Alan Wilder have cited "It's Called a Heart" as one of their least favourite tracks the band had ever recorded."

BONUS: B-Side "Fly on the Windscreen"
