Trailers & Songs Revealed for FANtastic Queendom



A new trailer for Episode 8 of QUEENDOM 2 has dropped. Added and embedded below is the preview posted at the end of Episode 7 (previously featured here), where "Part 2" of "Round 3" is teased, with the theme being "FANtastic Queendom" = whereby participating teams perform a stage based on their fans' requests.



This'll be the LAST round before their LIVE Contest, so either their performances will be split between TWO episodes (Ep8 and Ep9), or we're in for a treat = which I severely doubt so LOL

With the editing pointing with a crooked finger to a "calamitical twist" ahead (cue staff running into the middle of the recording), Mnet is pulling out all the tricks to get folks tuning in, which quite frankly'll lead to more folks checking out the show, leading to more eyeballs and folks knowing aboutt the girks (and of course "LOONA"), so I'm all for this!

Also, the CUE SHEET for this round was not mentioned nor revealed by the end of Episode 7, so we'll still have to brace ourselves for a little bit longer ...

By now, LEAKS of the stages have been online for the past 2 weeks, with these stages filmed and recorded a day after the Vocal and Dance Unit performed.

And while it is obvious the video clips featured what folks-call "microwave leaks" (low-res possibly from ZOOM recordings from Global Evaluators), there is absolutely no sense in posting them, nor would I point or link to them, because by now we should recognise the experience we'll have watching the legit full version, by far outweighs the need to have your curiosity sate, IMHO... but then, my own watcfch experience of Doctor Strange has since been spoilt multiple times with unavoidable spoilt peppering socials, and I just could not LOOK AWAAAAAAY.

So unless you are the sort to enjoying watching bootlegged films that were secretly filmed in a cinema, then Good Luck finding the footage (not hard to find, with each leak being reported, new ones pop up). No small wonder Mnet has straight-up spoilt the stages themselves, in their previews.

THAT said, it is also no hard stretch to share WHAT the songs the teams will be performing.




Hyolyn will perform her 2018 single "SEE SEA", with official MV showcased below.








WJSN will perform "Pantomime" (2020), no doubt with a new arrangement versus their 2020 track (audio only below).









"Red Sun" by Brave Girls is a 2021-digital single release, made in collaboration with Lotte Department Store's "Song For You" (Project Vol.2). Featured below is the official MV, while seen above are clips from their FANtastic Queendom stage, as edited by their FEARLESS fans.







Kep1er will perform Girls Generations' "THE BOYS" (2011) - and this'll not be the first time they've performed this track, with the below video from their "Weekly Idol" appearance circa Feb 2022...! But looking at the preview clips (screen grabbed above), this certainly is no "picnic" they're bringing to Queendom...!







VIVIZ will perform "BOP BOP!" - their first ever single released as the group "VIVIZ", post-GFRIEND. Showcased below is the "Performance version", while seen above are screengrabs off the trailer, of a more dance-pumped up version...?









LOONA will perform their 2019 title track "Butterfly", with the official MV featured below. Famed for their choreography, looks to be the Queendom2 arrangement and choreo might have "evolved" beyond the lore into somewhat similar to their "PTT" warrior mode...?



I will attempt to update this post with more clips as they are revealed, cheers. QUEENDOM 2 is coming to an end really soon too ... so what are we going to do when it ends...? :)
