LOONA Finally FREE?



"The 12th Civil Division of the Seoul Northern District Court (Presiding Judge Cho Seung-woo) ruled partially in favor of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed by LOONA members HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, Go Won, and HyeJu (formerly Olivia Hye) against BlockBerry Creative, seeking confirmation that their exclusive contracts were invalid." Scrolling thru my TL on X.com today, anxious from multiple elation from the individual artists' socials' reactions, with all this stemming from start of Chuu vs BBC, which very quickly escalated to LOONA vs BBC, in a punishing (nearly) three year ordeal, which included fans' effective boycott of BlockBerry Creative, and continues to do so.



HaSeul is currently apart of ARTMS under MODHAUS, amidst their Lunar Theroy global tour... while Yves is currently a soloist signed by xxxx, and YeoJin, GoWon and HyeJu are with Loossemble (alongside ViVi and HyunJin) whom are recently separated from their previous agency CTDMN (current agency unannounced as yet, perhaps waiting for this news?) ... be that as it may, I imagine ALL the girls returning somewhen as "LOONA" perhaps under MODHAUS, but the soloists and groups able to live their KPOP-lives / journeys separately ... regardless fans' preferences and allegiance, I personally am TEAM LOONA ALL THE WAY.
