"FIRST" MV by EVERGLOW (에버글로우) & Audio Listen for "Last Melody"
WTF is this? EPIC is what it is! EVERGLOW is downright giving us a sci-fi action film with the MV for "FIRST", from their 3rd single album "Last Melody", and I AM SHOOK! Scroll to the bottom of this blogpost for a udio listen to all three songs in the album!
The opening sci-fi-drenched scene immediately visually reminded me of aespa's "Next Level", but compared to FIRST - and by that I mean visually, not about the song itself - EVERGLOW's felt sincere about entertaining the viewers/listeners, while "Next Level" felt like a massive flex by SM Entertainment, IMHO. Aespa's recent Performance Stage is by far superior to the MV, as far as I am concerned, but that's not my creative call, and THIS post is about EVERGLOW, isn't it? And they delivered in spades!
