"One Last Kiss" performed by Utada Hikaru, heard/featured in this new trailer for "EVANGELION: 3.0+1.0 THRICE UPON A TIME", scheduled for January 23rd, 2021 premiere in Japan.

I have chills I did not expect to experience. I adore EVA, but it had never truly left me emotional, until now ... not needing to understand the Japanese language, but the song title "One Last Kiss" simply brings forth the notion that there will no longer be any EVA films, and the lingering smile I feel in my heart is bittersweet.

This is not her first association with the EVA world, as she'd sung "Beautiful World" (below MV directed by Tsurumaki Kazuya) the theme song for 2007's "Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone". And according to Wiki; "In 2009, a remix of the song, "Beautiful World (Planitb Acoustica Mix)" served as the theme song of the second film in the series, Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance."
