MODHAUS releases a "Running PlayliSSSt" featuring tracks from their latest "＜LOVE&POP＞pt.1" album (Full Album Listen here) featuring the tripleS girls running on a stationary treadmill = Genius!



I've been attempting to gym every week(ish) and have always wanted my own exercise playlist - for which I have been relying on what has been played off the speakers in said gym, which consisted of 90s tracks (my jam), and even KPOP at times, which was enjoyable but did not include my favs - namely tripleS, and dream is to have tripleS in my soundscape as I sweat it out LOL

Alas I am no where near realising this dream :p
