But first? A REACTION video!
MY COMMENTARY: Upon first watch, besides enjoying the song, was watching the girls' appearances, wandering howTF they would showcase 24 individual girls in this MV? And upon second watch, then I realised the dread and uncomfortableness I felt gnawing at the side of my mind, was manifested unto symbolic scenes and stories woven into the MV, where things re not showcased to be "bright and cheery", and that there was a distinct sadness to what we witnessed, from dying crows, to runaway girls carving a world out for themselves in an abandoned office space, YooYeon attempting to drown herself in the tub, to the two angels leaping off the budding = fk, these are all kinda dark scenes, aren't they? Makes this MV a sincere cut above others, and it is a whole lot more than "pretty kpop girls dancing about", in tune with ARTMS' "BIRTH", although not so much fictional lore, but as overt symbolism as it makes this video much deeper than one might expect, IMHO.

A chapter of a long narrative drawn with tearful diaries of my girlhood has been completed. From the debut of Triple S to the full 24 members.. It feels so rewarding at this moment that I can finish the narrative that I started with my own hands until the end.
I wanted to convey the message that the person who has fallen to the bottom can jump again by using that floor as a stepping stone. Many people are being consoled by this music video, so I'm also very moved. I think this music video contains a piece of my 10 years of life and soul.. And as usual, it hits all the things I like, it's a job that I personally really like.
I think this project in particular will be remembered for its perfect steel composition. It was a project that made me feel again how fun it was to work together with the highly skilled staff to create a good picture. Thank you to all the staff who participated 요 and thank you so so much🥺
