#SoundtrackofMyLife: "Other People's Songs" by Erasure
"Other People's Songs" is essentially a cover album by Erasure, with this being their 10th studio album. Wikipedia stated: "”The tracks were handpicked by Vince Clarke and Andy Bell as ones that influenced them as musicians. It was released in the UK and the US by Mute Records in 2003, and was a Top 20 success in their home country and in Germany."
I am (near) always fascinated with "covers", especially those meant to "pay homage", and no less from one of my fav disco/electronica duos of the 8os! And I also realised I should have initiated a label on this blog, for folks to see the amount of cover versions I have featured here on TUNES TALK lol
Featured above is a page-flip video thru the inner insert of the CD album, while below are still images (embedded on my Insta), a track list, and music videos (*a mixture of official MVs and audio only). Enjoy :)
